No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have a workout option that is right for you. The program is designed to help you build strength, stamina, endurance and flexibility, to name a few!
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks or cash.
Our class programming will include a strength portion in which you’ll work on something like Olympic weightlifting, deadlift, squat, bench press or bodyweight movements. After the strength portion of the class is complete, we do a conditioning workout that is programmed for that specific day. Conditioning workouts can be anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes or more.
No! We believe a healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic in order for you to stick with it long term. Instead of completely cutting out your favorite foods, try to enjoy them in moderation. This could mean having smaller portions or indulging less frequently. Aim for progress, not perfection!
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly! Even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Yes. Our fitness classes are organized into small groups, as this allows you to meet others.
We build each other up! We support and encourage each other so that everyone feels motivated to progress towards their goals.
If you are a beginner, we recommend starting with 2 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 5 per week after your first few months. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so listen to your body and know that you will need recovery time between training days.
